about
Gianna Rosina is a Sicilian fashion designer whose work treats clothing as relic, ritual, and reverent fiction. Rooted in the visual and spiritual codes of Roman Catholicism, her garments draw from medieval and Renaissance iconography, where the body becomes both altar and apparition.
Through experimental tailoring and sculptural form, she conjures silhouettes that feel unearthed from myth: sacred, sensual, and haunted by ancestral memory. Her practice exists between costume and invocation, blending historical research with instinctive construction.
She holds a BFA from Parsons School of Design and a Foundation Diploma from the University of the Arts London.
